Return & Exchanges

Bellagio & Co goes to great lengths to ensure that every piece in our collection is crafted at a high standard. To make our customers feel comfortable when purchasing we have a Return & Exchange Policy and Manufacturer Fault Warranty Policy applied to all purchases.

Please note when purchasing from Bellagio & Co at Jewellery Shows or via the website you are agree to the terms of sale and our exchange and Warranty Policies.

 

14 Day Return & Exchange Policy 

Our 14 day return and exchange policy is valid for faulty or change of mind items given that your item is returned to our offices within 14 days from date of delivery receipt, unworn and in its original packaging with the required proof of purchase. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return and these items will be shipped back to you. The only exception is during the Holiday season. If you have intentions to return or exchange an item, please contact sales@bellagioandco.com prior to inform us of your intent and follow the steps outlined below. 

We will not accept returns for any non-faulty products that have been worn or used. If you require a refund you will be given a full refund minus postage and handling charges. Please note that returned products are your responsibility until they reach us, including delivery charges and insurance. Bellagio & Co is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that earrings can not be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

  1. Prior to the return or exchange please contact sales@bellagioandco.com to advise us of your intent to refund or exchange. This email should include your full name (if purchased via in-home jewellery Show, please also provide your Host's name), address, daytime contact number, the purchase date (on your receipt), invoice number,  item description, code number and/or size you would like this to be exchanged for (if applicable) and reason why you would like to return the item.

  2. Print a copy of the email correspondence you have sent and received from Bellagio & Co to include in your parcel along with your receipt. When returning the item to Bellagio & co the item must be in the original packaging and in perfect condition (not worn). Wrap the item carefully and send to the address below in a paid padded 'Registered Post' envelope to avoid damage or mail misplacement during transit. Bellagio & Co will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items as a result of not following this procedure.

    If you are exchanging an item please also include a self-addressed, "Registered" and paid padded envelope (215mm x 280mm) for the new item. If this is not provided it will incur a postage and handling fee, which will be payable prior to your item being sent out. You can pay via credit card for postage. Please note that all credit card transactions incur a 1% surcharge.

    If the item you have chosen to exchange is of a greater value please also include a money order or bank cheque made out to “Bellagio & Co” or you can pay over the phone with your credit card for the price difference. Please note that all credit card transactions incur a 1% surcharge and that should there be a difference in sale price, this amount will be payable prior to your new item being sent to you.

    Exchange value is valid for items at the “current” silver price at time of exchange. No previous catalogues or outdated price lists from past jewellery demonstrations will be honoured.
     
  3. Upon the receipt of your item an inspection of the piece will be carried out to deem the item valid for exchange/return where applicable. Should the item be received by Bellagio & Co in a worn or damaged state, then the item will be returned to you. We therefore emphasise the importance of ensuring the item is well protected with bubble wrap during transit.
