Delivery within Australia
All orders are posted within 2 business days of payment being cleared. Once your order has been posted you will receive your item(s) within 3 - 5 business days within NSW, SA, VIC and Metro QLD. Deliveries to WA, TAS, NT and Northern QLD may take up to 7 business days. (Please note this excludes public holidays and peak postage seasons i:e Festive seasons) Postage and Handling Free postage only applies to orders of $150.00 AUD or more. All other orders will incur a standard postage & handling fee of $9.00 AUD including item insurance. Item insurance is available for all orders. To make our customers feel comfortable when purchasing we have a Return & Exchange Policy and Manufacturer Fault Warranty Policy applied to all purchases. Please note when purchasing from Bellagio & Co at Jewellery Shows or via the website you are agree to the terms of sale and our exchange and Warranty Policies.
14 Day Return & Exchange Policy
Our 14 day return and exchange policy is valid for faulty or change of mind items given that your item is returned to our offices within 14 days from date of delivery receipt, unworn and in its original packaging with the required proof of purchase. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return and these items will be shipped back to you. The only exception is during the Holiday season. If you have intentions to return or exchange an item please follow the steps outlined on our Return & Exchange Policy page. https://bellagioandco.myshopify.com/pages/return-exchanges We will not accept returns for any non-faulty products that have been worn or used. If you require a refund you will be given a full refund minus postage and handling charges.
