90 Day Manufacturer Fault Warranty Policy

While we take extreme care with the manufacturing of our jewellery, however, if a manufactured fault occurs to your item you will be covered by our 90 Day Manufacturers’ Warranty. The 90 days commences from the date of delivery receipt. In the event of a faulty item, Bellagio & Co may repair or replace the defective item free of charge. We encourage you to inspect and try on your item as soon as you receive it. If there is a manufacturer’s fault, it will become apparent immediately or within a short time.

Items worn after the 90 day period will no longer be covered by the “90 Day Manufacturer Warranty” policy. Costs will be incurred if repairs are completed outside of the 90 day warranty period. 

Bellagio & Co will not accept any faulty items from the Bellagio & Co Stylist (sales representative) on behalf of the customer. This is to ensure that as a customer you are provided with a quick resolution if your piece qualifies for a Manufacturer Fault Warranty.

Please note that the manufacturer warranty does not cover broken/snapped chains or the following; broken/snapped earrings posts or clasps, broken/snapped chains accompanied by pendants, broken black silk cords, broken/snapped chain threaded through bracelets or breakage/damage sustained by personal use or if the item has been dropped. We cannot control the force used by the user when applying their jewellery, therefore, the above issues cannot be covered under warranty

The semi-precious stones, onyx stones and treated ceramic jewellery used in our collections are of high quality, however, they are fragile items and should be treated with high care. If these stones are dropped or knocked, they may crack, chip or fall out. This is not covered under the manufacturer warranty as this is the nature of the stone. Therefore, please treat these items as “precious gems”. Lost semi-precious stones and chips in stones will not be covered under warranty.

Any jewellery that is elasticated in our collection is made with great care and must not be stretched. This will not be covered by the manufacturer warranty if broken, the feature of elastication is purely designed for the ease of applying the jewellery on.

 

How do I use my Manufacturer Fault Warranty?

  1. If a fault has occurred please advise by email to sales@bellagioandco.com and advise of your manufacturer warranty return issue. This email must include the purchase date (on your receipt), your full name (if purchased via in-home jewellery show, please also provide your Host's name), mailing address and daytime contact number and a description of the fault.
     
  2. Under our Manufacturer Fault Warranty you will only have to pay for postage one-way to return the item to us. Bellagio & Co will pay the return postage amount on an item that qualifies for a Manufacturer Fault Warranty. When returning the item to Bellagio & Co the item must be in its original packaging and wrapped carefully in a padded 'Registered Post' envelope to avoid damage during postage. Please also include a printed copy of the email correspondence you have received to and from Bellagio & Co along with your receipt in your parcel and post it to this address:

    Please Note: Returned products are not the responsibility of Bellagio & Co until they have reached our offices. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit, so please be sure to register and well protect with bubble wrap the item being sent back.
     
  3. Upon the receipt of your item, an inspection will be carried out on your item to determine if it qualifies for manufacturers fault warranty. If the item meets the warranty criteria, a replacement or a repair may be given at no charge. Repair costs will be quoted to you prior to the work being completed. If the item is received by Bellagio & Co with visible sustained damaged it will not be covered under a manufacturers fault warranty and will be returned to you.

    If Bellagio & Co is unable to replace the exact item purchased due to item being out of stock or a discontinued line, we will issue you with a credit to the same value so that you can select another item from the collection.
